- Refunds are only available for new hosting account purchases made within the last 3 days.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system or by emailing info@host10cent.com within the refund period.
- Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
2. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewals & Upgrades: Refunds are not available for renewals or upgrades of existing hosting plans.
- Bulk Accounts: If you purchase multiple hosting accounts, only the first account is eligible for a refund.
- Abuse or Violations: Accounts involved in spam, illegal activities, or abuse of server resources are not eligible for a refund.
